Conditioning the Planet
TENTIAL actively advances sustainability initiatives under our mission, “To unleash human potential by creating a society that embraces health.” At the heart of our philosophy is the belief that when everyone is in optimal physical and mental condition, there is no limit to what can be achieved. We believe that true well-being enables individuals to act with care and consideration toward others, society, and the environment. Guided by this philosophy, we take a comprehensive approach to supporting the well-being of our customers, local communities, future athletes, and ourselves, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable future. To turn this vision into action, we prioritize environmentally responsible practices, including product recycling and the use of FSC-certified materials. We see small acts of care, beginning with personal well-being, as seeds that can ripple out to society and the planet. We believe that human potential is the driving force behind a sustainable future, and we remain committed to taking bold, continuous action to realize that future.

For children in disaster-affected areas
TENTIAL believes that our philosophy—""living a positive life through conditioning""—can empower children in disaster-affected areas as they face the medium- to long-term recovery process. In support of recovery efforts following the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake, we are undertaking multiple initiatives.
Specifically, we have donated to ARROWS (Airborne Rescue & Relief Operations With Search), an emergency relief project run by the certified NPO Peace Winds Japan. We have also supported the Japan Football Association's Kokoro Project by sending ""Dream Teachers""—professional athletes and other role models—to children in disaster-affected areas through the JFA's Dream Class program.
