Basic Philosophy

TENTIAL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company’) operates its business based on the philosophy of ‘creating a health-conscious society and unleashing human potential.’

Information assets, including customer information, handled within our business operations, are extremely important as the foundation of our management.

Recognizing the importance of protecting information assets from risks such as leakage, damage, and loss, all individuals handling information assets, including officers and employees, shall comply with this policy and implement activities to maintain information security, including the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

Basic Policy

  1. To protect information assets, we will establish an information security policy and related regulations, and conduct our operations in accordance with them. Furthermore, we will comply with laws, regulations, other standards related to information security, and contractual obligations with our customers.
  2. We will clarify criteria for analyzing and evaluating risks such as leakage, damage, and loss of information assets, establish a systematic risk assessment methodology, and conduct regular risk assessments. Based on the results, we will implement necessary and appropriate security measures.
  3. We will establish an information security system centered around the responsible officer and clarify authorities and responsibilities regarding information security. Furthermore, all employees will receive regular education, training, and awareness programs to recognize the importance of information security and ensure the proper handling of information assets.
  4. We will regularly inspect and audit compliance with the information security policy and the handling of information assets, and promptly take corrective actions for any deficiencies or areas for improvement identified.
  5. We will take appropriate measures against the occurrence of information security events and incidents. In the event of such occurrences, we will establish response procedures in advance to minimize damage, respond promptly in an emergency, and take appropriate corrective actions. Furthermore, for incidents that may disrupt business operations, we will establish a management framework and review it regularly to ensure the continuity of our business.
  6. We will establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS) with objectives to realize our basic philosophy, implement it, and continuously review and improve it.
